Azerbaijani huge flag is again torn

Azerbaijani the biggest and major flag which is situated at Baku Flag Square is torn again because of the strong wind.

The Flag Square in Baku is opened since September, 2010 and 35 million USD was spent on it from the state budget.

The designers did not take under consideration the fact that the square is in the center of strong winds.

The flag has been torn already for five times.
