Raffi Hovannisian Meets Head of EU Delegation to Armenia

On March 6 Raffi K. Hovannisian received Ambassador Traian Hristea, Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia. Hovannisian and Hristea discussed matters concerning the February 18 vote—including the major violations recorded on election day—and the political crisis fermenting in post-election Armenia. Hovannisian and Hristea were joined by Hovsep Khurshudyan, Raffi Hovannisian headquarters spokesman; Onno Simons, Head of the Political, Economic, Press, and Information Section of the EU Delegation; and Political Adviser Andrey Didenko of the EU Delegation.

Today Raffi Hovannisian will meet with Norbert Lammert, President of the German Bundestag, who is in Armenia on official visit.
