Bako Sahakyan signed a decree

On 13 September President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which a title of the Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the NKR was conferred to Rouben Hambardzoumyan for long-term fruitful work and substantial contribution in the field of physical culture and sports.
