Armenian soldier is killed by enemy on the border

On March 19 the next ceasefire regime violation was registered by Azerbaijani side on the border, at Tavush region. Armenian soldier is dead as a result of the violation. Press service of Armenian Ministry of Defense informs about this.

At 14:20 Armenian soldier Artak Mnatsakan Shahbazyan was wounded deadly. According to the information the case is under investigation.

OSCE MG offered to create an investigative group and examine all those cases which take place on the hot border. But Azerbaijani side was strictly against this offer and even warned to use its right of veto in case any money is presented for the investigation from the budget. It is not difficult to realize why Azerbaijani side does not want to launch such investigation on the border.
