His Holiness Garegin II accepted Nuncio from Vatican Marek Solczynski

On March 21 Catolicos of All Armenians Garegin the Second accepted the Apostolic Nuncio in the South Caucasus Archbishop Marek Solczynski. Department of Information Services Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin Armenian Apostolic Church informs about this.

During the conversation Catholicos of All Armenians congratulated Archbishop Marek on his nomination and wished him success in his mission.

Relations between Armenian and Romanian churches were discussed during the meeting and especially warm relations between See of Holy Etchmiatdzin and Vatican was touched upon.

His Holiness remembered visit to Pop of Rome Hovhannes Poghos II to Armenia on 2001 and underlined that such visits deepen and strengthen relations between two Churches.
