NATO is ready to continue assisting Armenia on military reforms

On March 29 the annual meeting of Committee of the politics and cooperation + Armenia format took place at NATO central residence. Press service of Armenian Ministry of Defense informs about this.

During the meeting delegation led by Armenian Deputy Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan and NATO representatives discussed the reforms in military sphere which are held in Armenia. During the meeting they also referred to the official measures which are held on the theme. Especially the new codex of the Armenian Armed Forces, preparation of the sergeants, advantages in peacekeeping mission and the discussions on the new “Doctrine of military education” were on agenda.

NATO expressed readiness to continue assisting reforms on defense and security spheres.
