Armenian and Lithuanian MFAs held the political consultations

On April 4 Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Lithuania held the political consultations. Deputy MFAs led the consultations. Press service of Armenian MFA informs about this. Deputy MFA Z. Mnatsakanyan led Armenian delegation and L. Ignatavichyus led the Lithuanian delegation.

Armenian and Lithuanian diplomats discussed the cooperation between two countries in the European and other international organizations. Armenia-EU cooperation was also on agenda.

The progress in Armenia-EU Association program was also touched upon.

Both sides noted with satisfaction that Armenian-Lithuanian relations have been developed during the last two years. Educational and cultural ties are also developing.

Sides also discussed some issues of foreign policy. NK issue and other regional issues were on agenda as well.
