Armenian film will be presented at Cannes Film Festival

Armenian National Cinema Center with assistance of Armenian Ministry of Culture will participate in cinema market in frame of the Cannes film festival on May 16-27. Armenian National Cinema Center participates in the event for already the forth time and this year film by Armen Ronov “Your pain is mine” will be presented to the Cannes festival. Official web-site of Armenian Ministry of Culture informs about this.

Armenia will participate in the cinema market with new format in order to present Armenian cinema larger. Armenian cinematographic companied will have an own pavilion and some events will take place there. Film presentations, meetings, acceptances, negotiations are on agenda.

Armenian producers will present various film programs: “Enlightened period”, “Unknown heroine”, “Half-moon bay”, “On the tightened rope”, “Your pain is mine”, “Man A”, “Little prince”, “Martsipan’s ghost”, “Card for the third class”, “Again that News Year”, “Forgive me”, “Anahit”, “Tails of the world nations”, “Documental film projects”.

Head of the Armenian National Cinema Center Gevorg Gevorgyan is leader of the Armenian delegation to the Cannes cinema market.
