Armenian Genocide victims were commemorated in Czech Republic

On April 22 Armenian Ambassador to Czech Republic Tigran Seyranyan participated in the event named “They also had a right, they could and wanted to live and create”. The event was dedicated to the memory of Armenian Genocide victims and was organized by Armenian-Czech Company “Urartu”. Press and information department of Armenian MFA informs about this.

Armenian Ambassador and the chairman of the “Urartu” company Alexander Sargsyan put garlands at the cross-stone which is situated at one of the central parks of the city. The presents commemorated the memory of the victims of Armenian Genocide victims with a minute silence. Then the holy mass was served at the “St. Soul” church and the representatives of Armenian Community attended it.

Exhibition of the photos and a film presentation also took place during the event.
