Competition for the YSLU rector’s post is announced

While the students of the Yerevan State Lingustic University (YSLU) after Valeri Bryusov use various measures of the protest such as lesson strike, protest action in front of the Armenian Government and try to bring back their rector Suren Zolyan Armenian Ministry of Education and Science announces about the competition for the post of the YSLU rector.

The announcement of the competition is put openly on the official web-site of Armenian Ministry of Education and Science. The applications for the competition must be sent on May 2-June 1. The competition will take place on June 12.

Remind that Armenian Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan fired YSLU rector Suren Zolyan from his post after two remarks for the rector’s absence. Zolyan considers the remarks and the release are illegal and the students of the university claim that their rector must be returned to his position.
