Are the Armenian prisoners of war transferred to the third country?

Today was spread unchecked information that Azerbaijan handed three Armenian prisoners of war to the third country.

Head of the working group of the committee on prisoners of war, hostages and missing without trace Armen Kaprielyan informed Panorama.am that he had the initial information but Armenian sides had not get the official information yet.

“We have such initial information but there is no official information. According to the accepted practice Azerbaijani authorities inform Red Cross and the latter inform Armenian authorities with the official letter. We have not got such a letter yet”, A. Kaprielyan noted.

Remind that in Azerbaijan still remain three prisoners of war Ohan Harutyunyan, Gevorg Tovmasyan and Karen Harutyunyan, and also a 5-member family.
