The third candidate for Artsakh President’s post is presented

The third candidate for the Artsakh President’s post is already registered. Arkadi Soghomonyan, deputy director of the Stepanakert branch of Armenian Institute of Agriculture is the third candidate who presented his candidacy himself. Karabakh Open informs about this referring to the NKR Central Electoral Committee. According to the source three candidates are now presented for the post: Bako Sahakyan, NKR current President, Vitali Balasanyan, NKR NA deputy and Arkadi Soghomonyan.  

All three candidates have presented their candidatures themselves and they all are not-partial. The candidates have opportunity to be registered since May 5, 18:00.
