Tigran Mukuchyan gave extra explanations over the ink problem

Chairman of the Central Electoral Committee Tigran Mukuchyan gave an extra explanation concerning the ink in the passports which disappeared. Remind that voters alarmed about it since morning.

He repeated that it was just a technical problem and the users should just shake the ink before use. Mukuchyan informed that the ink was prepared by the international organizations. “The alarms were about the first fifteen minutes after it the problem was settled”, he said.

“The ink was not shaked well before the use in some electoral territories and what is why the stamp was not seen well”.

T. Mukuchyan also referred to the publications about the information of electoral falsifications which appeared in the media.

“We have not got any information about the electoral bribes. The appropriate bodies started examination based on the media publications.”

He said that a falsification was recorded in Gegharqunik region but it was stopped soon.
