New kindergarten is opened in Stepanakert

On May 16 President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook at a groundbreaking ceremony of the new kindergarten in Stepanakert. Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President informs about this.

The Head of the State underlined the importance of the construction in the capital of a preschool institution corresponding to the modern standards, considering it a good basis for the development, upbringing and proper organization of leisure time of the rising generation.

Bako Sahakyan expressed his gratitude to the philanthropist Seyran Karapetyan for financing the construction activities of this social object.
