His Holiness Garegin II hosted Japanese Ambassador

On May 17 Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin the Second hosted Japanese Ambassador to Armenia Tikahito Haradai. Press service of Holy See Mother Etcmiadzin informs about this.

During the meeting Catholicos of All Armenians expressed satisfactions towards the relations between two countries and ensured that the cooperation will be developed in future as well. Garegin II thanked the Ambassador for the assistance which Japanese nation shows to Armenia.

During the conversation the sides spoke about the tragedy in Japan which shook the whole world last year. Japanese Ambassador thanked Catholicos of All Armenians for the assistance which the whole Armenian nation showed towards the Japanese nation. His Holiness wished Japan to overcome the consequences of the terrible tragedy soon and blessed Japan and the whole world to be far from such tragedies.
