RPA session will take place today: expectations and predictions

Today in the evening at 20:00 the Republican Party of Armenia will hold a session. This session is very expected and much discussed. Armenian printing media referred it before.

This is the first session of the party after the elections. It is supposed that some inner partial issues are on agenda. According to Armenian printing media the issue of coalition with “Prosperous Armenia” also may be discussed. “Armenian times” newspaper wrote today that leader of the Armenian Republican Party (RPA) Serzh Sargsyan and chairman of the “Prosperous Armenia” party Gagik Tsarukyan are supposed to meet today.

RPA vice president Galust Sahakyan confirmed to Radio Liberty the news about Sargsyan’s and Tsarukyan’s meeting. He told the radio station that all questions will find their answers in today’s session of the party.

Possible coalition with “Prosperous Armenia” and the staff of coming Parliament and Government are much discussed in the media especially during the last days. Representative of the “Prosperous Armenia” party Naira Zohrabyan spread an announcement about the possibility of creating a coalition with RPA but the announcement did not give concrete answer if “Prosperous Armenia” is ready or not.

Some experts refer to the theme during the press conferences as well.
