Armenian National Congress applied to the Constitutional Court

Armenian National Congress (ANC) applied to the Constitutional Court today with the application to deny the results of the Parliamentarian elections which took place on May 6 in Armenia. Press service of Armenian Constitutional Court informs about this.

Besides the ANC six candidates of deputies also applied to the Constitutional Court: They are: Samvel Harutyunyan (37^th electoral territory), Manuel Gasparyan (3^rd electoral territory), Nikol Pashinyan (7^th electoral territory), Levon Zurabyan (9^th electoral territory), Gagik Nersisyan (17^th electoral territory) and Davit Matevosyan (38^th electoral territory).

All these deputies claim that the results of the elections in their electoral territories are incorrect and must be denied.

Chairman of the Constitutional Court ordered the members of the Court to examine the cases and present the results.
