US and Turkish Presidents discussed Armenian-Turkish relations

American and Turkish Presidents Barack Obama and Abdullah Gul met in Chicago in frame of the NATO summit. According to Turkish “Jihan” news agency two Presidents had a meeting for half hour and among many other issues Armenian-Turkish relations were on agenda as well.

As armenpress.am writes referring to the Turkish source Gul informed the journalists that they spoke about the relations with Armenia and Cyprus with US President Barack Obama. Gul said no details about the meeting.

“We have referred to these important issue for many times. We must have some adventure on these themes soon. US President considers it is important to find solutions of these two problems”, Gul said.

During the meeting two Presidents also referred to the situation in Syria which is interesting issue for both countries.
