Bodies of two Azerbaijani soldiers are found on Iranian-Azerbaijani border

Bodies of two soldiers were found in outpost situated on Azerbaijan-Iran border.

According to Azerbaijani Press Agency the incident was recorded in the State Border Service Goytepe Border Detachment’s frontier outpost situated in Imishli region’s Bahramtepe settlement. 

Bodies of soldiers of the Border Troops – Aliyev Rahib Nazim, born in 1993, and Kazimzadeh Tural Izzet, born in 1993, were found in the service area of the frontier outpost.  

According to the preliminary version, the incident was committed by one of the soldiers. At first he killed his comrade-in-arms then committed suicide.

According to the initial information the incident occurred as a result of disputes between the soldiers.  

The Lankaran Military Prosecutor’s Office carries out an investigation into the fact.
