Ed. Nalbandyan discussed NK issue with OSCE special representative to South Caucasus

On May 31 Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan hosted OSCE Special Representative for the South Caucasus Patrick Mirphy. Press and information department of Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs about this.

Minister Nalbandyan and Ambassador Mirphy had a detailed conversation about the Nagorno Karabakh issue settlement process. Armenian MFA asked the foreign diplomat to pay attention on Aerbaijani steps to make the situation datable in the region. He spoke about Azerbaijani military announcements and the provocations on the border.

OSCE special representatives noted in his turn that OSCE Irish chairmanship assists OSCE MG co-chairs’ efforts to achieve a peace solution of the issue.

The sides also referred to the agenda issues of OSCE chairperson’s visit to the region.
