Azerbaijani soldier is jailed for raping his fellow-soldier

Azerbaijani court of especially hard crimes ended the case of Yusif Geybatzade. As Azerbaijani “Zerkalo” magazine writes the soldier is accused in torturing and raping another solider.

The court confirmed Geybatzade raped his fellow serviceman and then blackmailed him. He continued the sexual violence towards the soldier. The third soldier knew about this and the criminal beat him.

Another fellow-soldier was also suffered from Geybatzade’s actions.

 The court decided the criminal must be sentenced to the prison for 8 years.
