“Armenia and Vietnam have traditionally had friendly ties and dynamically developing political dialogue”

Armenian President visited Vietnam with official visit today. First of all he visited memorial of the perished soldier and Ho Shi Mini tomb, commemorated their memory and put garlands. Press service of Armenian President informs about this.

After it Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Vietnamese President Tan Shang met at the Presidential residence. After the meeting the sides signed an agreement about cooperation between Armenia and Vietnam.

After signing the agreement Presidents of two countries had a meeting with the media representatives and concluded the results of the negotiations.
Two Presidents underlined that Armenia and Vietnam have traditionally had friendly ties and dynamically developing political dialogue, they cooperate successfully in frame of the international organizations but the economical cooperation can surely be developed more.

Both sides agreed on creation of the inter-governmental commissions which would transfer to another sphere the cooperation between two countries.
Cooperation on trade-economical, scientific, security, defense, education, culture, tourism spheres was considered as real.

On the end of the meeting both Presidents underlined that Armenia and Vietnam had political will to strengthen the cooperation and develop friendly relations. And both Presidents considered important to establish diplomatic missions bilaterally.

After the meeting with his counterpart Serzh Sargsyan also had a meeting with the Vietnamese students.
