Armenian experience was presented at Rio+20 meeting

On June 15 event with headline ”Methods of stable development: the possible versions” took place in Rio de Janeiro ”Rio Centro” center. Armenian delegation assisted with the UN Development Program and the center of ecological right and policy of the Yale University has organized the event, press and information department of Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs about this.

The great work done by Armenian professionals on the theme was presented. Many scientifical centers, governmental and non-governmental organizations of many countries and international organizations are trying to formulate such methods yet.
Representatives of some countries, international organizations and NGOs participated in the event.

Armenian Deputy Minister of Nature Protection Simon Papyan led the meeting. Deputy head of the Armenian Governmental staff delivered opening speech and read the application by Armenian Prime Minister.

Head of the ”Association for the human stable development” NGO, professor of teh YSU Karine Danielyan presented Armenian experience of the stable human development.
