Artsrun Hovhannisyan is the speaker of Armenian Ministry of Defense

On the order of Armenian Minister of Defense Artsrun Karapet Hovhannisyan is nominated as the speaker of the Armenian Ministry of Defense.

Artsrun Hovhannisyan was born in 1980 in Tsokhamarg village, Shirak region. He has been in the Armenian Armed Forces since 1997. In 2001 he has graduated from the military institute after V. Sargsyan, in 2012 he has graduated from the faculty of history, National Academy of Sciences, master course.

He is an author of tens of scientific articles.

He is married, has two daughters.
