Edward Nalbandian had a range of meetings in Arabic United Emirates

On November 20 Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian started his visit to the Arabic United Emirates. First he had a meeting with the chairman of AUE National federative council Mohammad Ahmad Muri. Press and information department of Armenian MFA informs about this.

Welcoming the guest chairman of the National federative council expressed satisfaction with the bilateral relations between two countries and hoped that the visit would deepen the cooperation more.

Two officials spoke about the expanding of the Armenian-AUE relations in various spheres and especially underlined the importance of the inter-governmental ties. Some regional and international issues were on agenda as well.

Minister Nalbandian had also meeting with his counterpart in AUE Sheikh Abdallah bin Zadei Al Nahaian. Both Ministers of foreign affairs underlined the dynamically developing relations between two countries and got agreement for the new formats of cooperation as well.
Both sides underlined the importance of opening AUE embassy in Yerevan.

Some international problems were on agenda as well. Especially, Gaza tensions and situation in Syria were under consideration.

Edward Nalbandian presented the last developments of the NK issue settlement negotiations and spoke about Armenian and international efforts to settle the conflict.

After the meeting the sides signed an inter-governmental cooperation about the air connection which aims to normalize the air connection between two countries.
