A. Hovhannisyan: “Financial measures have no connection with the soldier’s death”

Armenian soldier Arthur Qocharyan died today because of the blood illness. Speaker of Armenian Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Times.am that A. Qocharyan’s treatment was not interrupted in Moscow hospital. According to A. Hovhannisyan the intergovernmental agreement was signed between Armenian Ministry of Defense and the hospital and the whole history of the soldier’s illness was kept.

“The medical center did everything possible to save the soldier’s life. The financial measures have no connection with the case. Those are just baseless conversations”, A. Hovhannisyan underlined and added that the Ministry of Defense was ready to publish the information about soldier’s illness and the history of the treatment.
