Announcement: ANC will not participate in the coming presidential election at all

Armenian National Congress has made an announcement according which it considers meaningless its participation in the Presidential elections on 2013.
The announcement especially says:

“After falsifications during the presidential elections on 2008, the regime of Serzh Sargsyan was engaged in demolishing the opportunities of democratic and competitive elections. Despite of all promises which the authorities gave to the Armenian nation and the international society, all elections since 2009 were illegal as well. Now the mechanisms of the falsifications are qualified.”

On the end of the announcement the ANC says that it considers it is baseless to participate in the presidential elections or to assist the candidacy of any candidate.
