Khachatur Qoqobelyan left “Heritage” parliamentarian fraction

Head of the “Free democrats” political party Khachatur Qoqobelyan is leaving “Heritage” parliamentarian fraction. Speaker of Armenian Parliament Hovik Abrahamyan announced about this during today’s session.

Note that two political parties had disagreements since Raffi Hovhannisyan refused his mandate in the Parliament according to the agreement which they had with Kh. Qoqobelyan.

But Qoqobelyan did not act in the same way announcing that there was no such agreement.
