Raffi Hovhannisyan went to meet Serzh Sargsyan

Today head of the “Heritage” party Raffi Hovhannisyan did not inform the police about the rally and the police did not let him have a meeting at the Liberty Square.

Yerevan deputy head of the police Valeri Osipyan informed Raffi Hovhannisyan that the head of the “Heritage” could have his meeting near Matenadaran.

R. Hovhannisyan announced that he had a Constitutional right to have a meeting and he could it wherever he wanted.

Hovhannisyan also informed his supporters that tomorrow at 17:00 he will again lead a rally and now he went to meet Serzh Sargsyan.

According to the information Serzh Sargsyan and Raffi Hovhannisyan will have a closed meeting.
