Raffi Hovhannisyan does not accept results of the elections

On February 25 head of the “Heritage” party Raffi K. Hovannisian today invalidated the Central Electoral Commission’s final election report, which concluded the official falsification of the 2013 presidential election. During a press conference at the Noyan Tapan Press Club, Hovannisian stated that all members of the CEC were fully aware of widespread fraud—ballot staffing, intimidation, double voting, and ballot changes—and must be held accountable for its unlawful decision. Raffi Hovannisian Headquarters informs about this.

“The voice of the people will not be silenced,” Hovannisian said. “We will celebrate our victory from border to border, city by city, town by town, village by village.”

Hovannisian did not rule out an appeal to the Constitutional Court by March 2 to challenge the official results released by the CEC.
