Vardan Sedrakyan is not arrested: he denied information about arrest

Today the fellow-workers of the Armenian National Security Service have visited “MItq” analytic center. The reasons of the visit are still unknown.

As the young people in the building informed Aravot.am, Armenian National Security Service makes some checks. The news web-site considers that the “checks” are connected with the candidate of Armenian President Vardan Sedrakyan. Remind that some rumors were spread according which he is connected with the murder attempt against candidate for President Paruyr Hayrikyan.

The news agency also informs that Vardan Sedrakyan’s residence is in the building and his car was in front of the entrance, so he might be inside the building. According to some information the NSS workers had conversation with the young people in the building.

According to the information presented before Sedrakyan was arrested. But he himself denied the information during the conversation with Tert.am. He said that he was in his cabinet and was waiting until Serzh Sargsyan left and new elections were announced.
