Bako Sahakyan signed a degree about award

On 7 March President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring a title of the NKR Honored Worker of Physical Culture to Sergey Khachatryan for input in the development of physical culture and sports, irreproachable yearslong work and in connection with the 80th birthday anniversary.
