Karabakh Telecom lowers its internet tariffs

Effective April 8, Karabakh Telecom is pleased to announce the significant lowering of its FO
internet tariffs by as much as 36%.

The rates will be as follows:

up to 512 2400
up to 1024 2800
up to 2048 4500
up to 3072 6500
up to 5120 8800
up to 6144 13800

Over the past 5 months, since November 8, 2012, Karabakh Telecom has decreased its internet rates by as much as 70%. These reductions are a reflection of the increased market demand, increased subscriber base, economies of scale and lowering of cost of service.

In addition, Karabakh Telecom is pleased to provide to all its DSL and FO subscribers opportunity to
connect to a new speed position of 5 Mbps.
