Bako Sahakyan stresses the importance of conducting various courses in Stepanakert

On 12 June President Bako Sahakyan met attendees of the second seminar courses organized for the Nagorno Karabagh Republic community heads in capital Stepanakert. Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President informs about this.

The Head of the State stressed the importance of conducting such courses and underlined that the seminars would have a positive impact on the work of community heads and the organization of further activities, giving a new impetus to their theoretic knowledge base and its practical application skills.

Prime-minister Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials accompanied the President.
