“Heritage” party claims ordinary ink must be used

“Heritage” party released an announcement about the problem with stamps ink. The announcement especially says:

“Pre-electoral staff of the “Heritage” party has got alarms since the morning according which the stamps in people’s passports has been disappeared soon after it is put. Central Electoral Committee is informed about the alarms. The latter explained that the reason is just technical and the ink must be shaken before the use. But “Heritage” party representatives continue getting alarms according which the problem is not settled. The stamp disappears from the passport during an hour.

“Heritage” party pre-electoral staff claims that there is only one solution: this ink must be replaced with the ordinary ink. Or it will hardly be possible to prevent the double election by one person”.
