Armenian peacekeepers are participating in NATO program in Afghanistan

On May 21 Armenian five militants started their participation in the NATO International Support of Afghanistan Forces and OMLT program. Press service of Armenian Ministry of Defense informs about this.

Armenian militants will hold various trainings since May 21 till July jointly with the group of various nations’ representatives. On July they will go to service in Afghanistan.

OMLT group has a task to prepare lieutenants of the Afghanistan National Army. This program is fulfilled by the NATO general strategic program in Afghanistan and aims to assist the security in the state.
