Iran sent the next protest note to Azerbaijan

Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a protest note to Azerbaijani Ambassador, Iranian asriiran.com web-site informs.

According to the source Iranian deputy MFA Seyyed Abbas Aragchi presented the note of protest to Azerbaijani Ambassador in Iran Javanshir Akhundov. The protest note is connected with the offensive actions towards Iranian holiness.

As Presstv.ir writes Iran has recalled its ambassador to Azerbaijan over insults against the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei during a planned gathering in front of the Iranian embassy inBaku.

On May 16, about 100 members of the Southern Azerbaijan Independence Party, the International Diaspora Center, and the World Congress of Azerbaijanis gathered in front of the Iranian embassy in the Azerbaijani capital. 

The pro-Israeli groups shouted slogans against the Islamic Republic, insulting the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
