“Zhoghovurd”: Air Armenia creditors’ meeting postponed

“Zhoghovurd” paper informed that “Air Armenia” company’s first creditors’ meeting which was to take place on January 12 was postponed.

The reason was that the list of creditors’ claims had not been confirmed.

The Creditors’ meeting is postponed by February 16, in the Court of First Instance of the Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts.

Company’s spokeswoman Sirak Hambardzumyan told the paper that they are going to submit a recovery plan.
