Problem with the ink is settled

Since morning as the elections have already started people alarmed that the stamps in the passports have disappeared soon. People wrote about this in the social networks.

Chairman of the Central electoral committee Tigran Mukuchyan announced soon that it was just a technical problem. “The users should shake the ink before using it and now the issue is settled”, he said.

CEC chairman also said that 1982 electoral territories exist in Armenia and 7 of them were in prisons.

He announced that all territories are opened since 8 o’clock. Only the electoral territories in prisons are not opened at 8 o’clock.

CEC will present information about the people’s participation in the elections by three hours frequency.
