Hovik Abrahamyan made a nomination

By Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan’s decision, Artur Arakelyan was relieved of the office of Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Armenia to serve as First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Armenia.
