NKR military frontline units pushed back Azerbaijani infiltrators

According to an official statement by Nagorno-Karabakh’s Ministry of Defense, the NKR defense army repelled Azerbaijani troops on Tuesday night after the latter attempted to infiltrate through the country’s south-eastern border.

As it is reported, the Defense Army did not suffer losses in the skirmishes, but there are losses by the Azerbaijani side.

The enemy fired more than 12,000 times from arms of different calibers at the Armenian defense positions overnight.

As part of their disinformation campaign, the Azerbaijani media said Tuesday that Armenian defense troops opened fire against shepherds in the direction of the village Chailu.

The Defense Army’s press service later denied the report.
