Mayors of Vanadzor and Armavir cities may resign

The announcements and gossips about resignations of the mayors of some Armenian cities are spread widely in Armenian media and social networks.

“Some media representatives and social networks spread that Vanadzor city mayor has already resigned from his post. But the issue will be discussed soon”. Press service of Lori regional administration informs about this.

Remind that Armenian Minister of Education and Science has writen in his Facebook page and informed that Vanadzor city Mayor Samvel Darbinyan had already resigned. Mayor’s assistant denied the information during the conversation with Times.am.

A source from Armavir city has informed Panorama.am news agency that Mayor of Armavir city Ruben Khlghatyan has presented the application of resignation. The official announcement will be made public soon.
