Sumgait massacres victims were commemorated in Vienna

Memory of Sumgait massacres’ victims and the 25th anniversary of Artsakh National-Liberation movement were marked in Vienna Armenian Apostolic Church hall. As the press and information department of Armenian MFA informs the event took place jointly with the Armenian Embassy in Austria.
Armenian Ambassador to Austria Arman Kirakosyan, Armennian deputies Artashes Geghamyan, Stephan Demirchyan and Khachik Harutyunyan participated in the event.

An exhibition devoted to the Sumgait massacres was presented. Parts of the film about the massacres were also presented during the event.

After the presentation the participants held a rally with Armenian flags and with Armenian patriotic songs.
