Artsakh President’s election will be held on July 19, 2012

Speaker of Artsakh National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan spread announcement by the Arstakh NA about the Presidential electoral day in Artsakh.

The announcement especially says: “Led by the 63^rd article of Artsakh Constitution and 87^th article of Artsakh Republic electoral codex Artsakh NA announces July 19, 2012 to be the next Presidential electoral day. ”
