S. Lavrov had phone conversation with Ed. Nalbandian

On 20 January Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke by phone with Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian. Press service of Russian Foreign Ministry informs about this.

The Foreign Minister of Russia offered condolences for the death of 6-month-old Serge Avetisyan. He expressed his firm conviction that, following the joint Russian-Armenian investigation and subsequent court proceedings, the perpetrator of this atrocity will receive the punishment he deserves.
