Artsakh Defense Army launches preventing actions: the enemy has losses

Artsakh Defense Army military units launched preventing actions Azerbaijani military units. According to the source, on January 31 at about 13:00-14:00, Artsakh side managed to neutralize 2 military positions and one vehicle. At the same time at least two soldiers of enemy were neutralized in another direction. 

Armenian side launched these actions as a result of Azerbaijani attacks.

Artsakh Defense Army has supervision over the situation on the whole border.
