Bas-relief of famous Artsakh poet Hrachya Beglaryan is opened in Stepanakert

On 1 May Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook at a solemn ceremony of opening bas-relief of famous Artsakh poet Hrachya Beglaryan’s held in the Baghramyan street of capital Stepanakert. Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President informs about this. 

B. Sahakyan rated high Hrachya Beglaryan’s contribution to the development of the Armenian literature and culture, patriotic upbringing of the younger generation, as well as in the national-liberation struggle and state building process, adding that perpetuation of memories of the nation’s devotees was the duty of present and future generations.

High ranking officials, numerous citizens partook at the ceremony.
