President signed number of laws adopted by National Assembly

On February 23, Armenia’s president Serzh Sargsyan signed ‘On Higher and Postgraduate Education’ and ‘on education’ amendments’ law drafts adopted by the National Assembly, reports the Information and Public Relations Department of the Presidential Administration.
