Artsakh’s independence and sovereignty irreversible reality- Ashot Ghulyan

President of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan sent letters to the speaker of the US House of Representatives David Ralston, the authors of the draft resolution No. 1580 recognizing the Artsakh Republic’s independence Pat Gardner and Demetrious Douglas, as well as H.Aghasargsyanin and his family, expressing his gratitude for their efforts in the adoption of the draft resolution.

As the NKR National Assembly’s Press Service reported, the letter of the President of NKR National Assembly, reads:

“Artsakh’s independence and sovereignty is irreversible reality and is based on democratic values.

Democracy is the cornerstone of security of Artsakh’s people.

For us it is crucial that our partners of the Parliament of Georgia state greatly appreciated the objective of creating democratic state and successes along the way”.
