Arsen Khojoyan is handed back to Armenia

Nearly 30 minutes ago Azerbaijani side handed Armenian captive Arsen Khojoyan to Armenian side. According to the information by the speaker of Armenian Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan, now he is carried to the Ijevan hospital to pass examination.
